Our mission is to make managing international talent seamless, transparent, and cost-effective for every employer, everywhere.
Our Vision
We believe that managing international talent should be easy, compliant, and scalable. Our vision is to become the global operating system for workforce mobility, empowering employers to unlock the full potential of international talent while staying ahead of regulatory risk.
The Birth of AskAïa
AskAïa was inspired by the real-world challenges our founders faced with international mobility. Antony came to Canada from Colombia with his family, so he’s lived how fragile this can feel. Later, working with HR leaders, he saw how employers struggle to manage compliance, deadlines, and the human side of moving talent across borders. AskAïa exists to make this journey safer, simpler, and scalable—helping every company support their global teams with confidence.
