Our founding team

AskAïa was founded by Antony Diaz and Laurent Maisonnave, two serial entrepreneurs who believe international talent deserves better. Antony came to Canada from Colombia with his family and experienced firsthand the uncertainty of global mobility. Laurent, a long-time builder in the tech community, has dedicated his career to simplifying complex systems and creating human-centered solutions.

Together, they’ve scaled startups beyond $100M, led go-to-market strategies in regulated industries, and built deep expertise in AI and cybersecurity. Their mission with AskAïa is clear: to make global mobility fair, simple, and sustainable for organizations and the people they support.
